- Replacement: A new product will be sent to you at no additional cost within 3business days.

-Refund: If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a refund to your originalpayment method within 7 business days.

 

Important Notes

- Claims submitted after the 7-day window may not be accepted.

- ONNI BEAUTE reserves the right to request the return of the defective product for inspection before processing a replacement or refund.

- We reserve the right to deny claims for returns or refunds if the product is found to be non-defective.

- We are not responsible for damages caused by third-party couriers beyond the secured packaging provided by ONNI BEAUTE.
