- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

- Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method.

 

2.2 Delivery Time

- Domestic Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days.

- International Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7-15 business days, depending oncustoms clearance.

- Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen delays, such as weather conditions or courier issues.

- We partner with trusted courier services to ensure the timely and secure delivery of your orders.

- A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.

- ONNI BEAUTE is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

- Fragile items are additionally cushioned to ensure safe delivery.

 

3.2 Shipping Restrictions

- We currently do not deliver to PO Boxes, military addresses, or restricted zones.

- Certain products may have shipping restrictions based on local regulations.

 

4. Order Tracking

 

- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp message.

- Use the tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress on the courier's website.

 

5. Failed Deliveries and Returns

 

5.1 Failed Deliveries

- If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address, absence of recipient, or unclaimed parcels, the package may be returned to us.

- Customers are responsible for additional shipping costs for re-delivery.

 

5.2 Unclaimed Parcels

- Unclaimed parcels will be held for 14 days. If not claimed, the order will be cancelled, and no refunds will be issued.

 

6. Damaged or Lost Parcels

 

6.1 Damaged Products

- If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

 

6.2 Lost Parcels

- If your parcel is lost during transit, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will liaise with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.
